Our School

Welcome to St Monica's Parish School, a Catholic Reception to Year 6 school located in Walkerville, South Australia.

St Monica's is more than a school, we are a community. We are on a journey with you and your child during an important time of learning and development. We enjoy sharing that journey with you as we value the involvement of our parents, grandparents and caregivers, to make the school community a place of friendship and partnership. You will make friends for life at St Monica's.

We offer research-based, contemporary, personalised and engaging ways for students to learn across a variety of subject areas, including many extracurricular opportunities such as music and Children's University. Our focus is on the whole child, we nurture each student to grow socially, emotionally and spiritually.  More about our curriculum can be found in our prospectus.

The best way to see St Monica's is by attending a Principal Tour. You’ll be personally shown through the school by our senior students and have a chance to see what learning looks and feels like at St Monica’s. This is an opportunity to have your questions answered, meet our teachers and children and immerse yourselves in our community.
